Download and reinstall the Entry Signals file then install in NinjaTrader8 (requires relaunch). *REQUIRED: Reset old templates, by navigating to indicator settings, templates, then click 'reset'. Disabling "Trade Management" allows for custom ATM template use.  Installation/Settings Video.
Luna ONLY Current Version v22.11.03.01: Change: Removed 'Dynamic Rules' including 'Target Extensions'.   
Current Version v22.10.16.01: Change: Added more 'Dynamic Rules' including 'Target Extensions'. This version will push targets further if conditions arise. This requires a manual enabling.  Example Video    Settings Tutorial
